Miso Marinated and Grilled Porgy マダイの味噌漬け焼き

Hello, everyone!  Protein is necessary to produce collagen.  It is good to have porgy when I want to take protein from fish, because porgy is delicious and inexpensive fish available in my local green market.  This past weekend, I had a piece of porgy as sashimi, and I marinated another one with miso and grilled that for lunch today!  It was delicious!  I mixed some sake kasu (the lees left over from sake production) into Saikyo miso which is white miso.  Miso is rich in iron, and iron is also important nutrition to produce collagen.  Sake kasu makes your body warm and also it is believed that it would lighten skin.  This was really awesome, so I will make this again for sure!
