Scone with Residue from Enzyme Syrup 酵素シロップのカス入りスコーン

Hello, everyone!  When I had YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Cooking Class the other day, I showed how to make a pie utilizing the enzyme syrup.  One participant requested me to think of menu which utilizes the residue from enzyme syrup.  A few days later, I got an idea!  That was scone with residue from enzyme syrup!  I made them today, and it was a huge success!!  They were dangerously delicious!  I made them little before noon and ate six of them by 4:00 p.m. or so.  I still want to eat them, but I am forcing myself not to eat them for the rest of today.  I will eat some again tomorrow morning!  I can't wait!
みなさま、こんにちは!先日、YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Cooking Class を開催させていただいた際、酵素シロップを活用したパイの作り方をご披露させていただきました。その時、参加してくださった方から、酵素シロップのカスを活用したメニューも考えてほしいとのリクエストをいただきました。数日後、あるアイデアがひらめきました!それは、酵素シロップのカスをつかったスコーンです!で、それを今日つくってみたのですが、これが大成功!!もう、危険な美味しさでした!お昼前につくって、4時くらいまでに6つも食べてしまいました。まだ食べたいのですが、今日はもう食べないように我慢しています。明日の朝はまたいくつか食べます!もう待ちきれません!
I don't always like the dry texture of scones, but these scones were pretty moist, and I did not feel dry texture.  I did not use heavy cream. Instead, I used sour cream and little bit of lemon juice.  These were so good, so I would like to make and bring these if I have a suitable occasion for these!
The fruits which used to make the enzyme syrup were apple, lemon, strawberry, orange, and  I also put ginger as well.
After I made the enzyme syrup, I put the residue in food processor.  This is the one I used when I made scones.
This is before I put them into the oven.  While I was baking them, my kitchen was filled with the sweet smell, and got a dreamy feeling♪
