Bluefish Tartare Wrapped in Shiso 鯵のなめろうの紫蘇巻き

Hello, everyone!  I love Japanese style bluefish tartare ( it is called "aji no namerou" in Japanese).  Whenever I see bluefish in the farmers market, I get a piece for the tartare.  Bluefish is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids.  I added chopped ginger, scallions as well as miso to make the tartare, so this is very healthy!  This time, I wrapped it in shiso leaves.  This could be an alternative way to serve this tartare and it looks pretty.  Shiso is rich in beta-carotene, vitamin E, as well as potassium.  I would recommend to dip this in soy sauce a little bit when you eat.
