Vegetables and Seafood YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen 野菜とシーフードのYOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen

Hello, everyone! i did my beauty food social dining, YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen the other day. This time, one participant requested "lots of vegetables" andf the other participant requested "seafood from Toscana" so I used lots of different vegetables, and also prepared the seafoods I made in my April YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen where the theme was foods I was inspired from my trip in Florence and Venice. I used the tablecloth that I bought in San Gimignano, and chose yellow flowers in the farmers market in Union Square. 皆様、こんにちは！先日、私の美容食のお食事会、YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchenを開催しました。今回は、「野菜をたくさん食べたい」という参加者さんと、「トスカーナのシーフード食べたい」という参加者さんがいらっしゃいましたので、いろいろな種類の野菜をたくさん使い、それにフィレンツェとヴェニスの旅行にインスパイアされた４月のお食事会でつくったシーフードを用意しました。テーブルクロスはSan Gimignanoで買ったものを使い、それに合う黄色のお花をユニオンスクエアのファーマーズマーケットで選びました。

The starter was chilled corn soup. Straining the 12 people portion of soup took time so this can be my first and the last time to make this yet the smooth texture and sweet taste were so well received! １品めは冷たいコーンスープ。12人分のスープを裏漉しするのは時間がかかって大変だったので、これが最初で最後かもしれませんが、滑らかな食感と甘い味わいは大好評でした！

Then I served fresh vegetables with vegan dip that is cashew nuts based. 次は、カシューナッツベースのビーガンディップと生野菜をお出ししました。

This is marinated sardines on polenta. This was so popular! マリネしたイワシをポレンタにのせた１品です。これ、とっても人気がありました！

The fresh sardines were from Citarella. 新鮮なイワシはシタレラで購入。

This salad with petite tomato, beets, walnuts, micro green, and goat cheese looked very pretty! プチトマト、ビーツ、胡桃、マイクログリーン、そしてゴートチーズのサラダは見た目とても可愛いです！

Seafood pasta! シーフードパスタ！

Eggplant caponata! ナスのカポナータ！

The main was wrapped with paper and roasted flounder! メインはフラウンダーの紙包み焼き！
