2014 Christmas! 2014年のクリスマス!

Merry Christmas!  I hope everyone had a nice time today with family and friends.  It was very mild temperature today with mid 40's to 50's degrees Fahrenheit.  I prepared Christmas-colored frittata for breakfast.  I put asparagus, tomato, prosciutto, and mozzarella cheese.
As for dinner, I roasted chicken as well as three different colored carrots, Brussels sprouts, and sweet potatoes.  Everything was organic, and I especially loved vegetables!
This is a pot pie with vegetables and mushrooms.  I usually make this as a "chicken pot pie" but I did not put chicken here as I had a roasted chicken.
I put angel-shaped carrots!
The kale salad was very simple but the color combination with pomegranate and goat cheese reflects Christmas spirits!  The orange ones are persimmons.  This salad was very refreshing!  I loved it!
I am still very busy for my work but with limited time, I prepared some festive dishes for Christmas!  With the cake in mind, this was good amount to us.
