Rolled Sandwich for Holiday Season ホリデーシーズンのためのロールドサンドイッチ

Hello, everyone.  The end of 2014 is approaching!  These days, we tend to eat too much.  As for today's lunch, I prepared rolled sandwich with whatever available in my refrigerator; spinach tortilla, rainbow chard, avocado, and red bell pepper.  I roasted red bell pepper.  I added little bit of mayonnaise and parmesan cheese to mashed avocado.  This turned to be very light yet delicious rolled sandwich with Christmas colors of red and green!  It was better than I expected!  Please try it!
