Roasted Potatoes with Poached Egg ポーチトエッグ添えローストポテト

Hello, everyone. I made this for breakfast this morning.  I coated potatoes with rosemary, salt, black pepper and olive oil, and then roasted them.  While I was roasting the potatoes, I prepared a poached egg and washed mixed green.  I then placed them on the plate.  This was so delicious! 
皆様、こんにちは。今朝、朝ごはんにこちらをつくりました。ポテトにローズマリーと塩、黒胡椒、オリーブオイルをまぶしてロースト。ポテトをローストしている間にポーチトエッグを用意し、いろいろな緑の葉っぱのミックスを洗いました。それをお皿に盛り付けました。とっても美味しかったです！

The egg and the mixed green were from Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture.  I am currently living near there, although I will be moving out soon.  I have friends who wanted to visit the Stone Barns while I am living near there, so I took them to the Stone Barns the other day.  The famous Blue Hill restaurant is located in the Stone Barns. 
卵とミックスグリーンは、ストーンバーンズセンター・フォー・フード＆アグリカルチャーで買ってきたものです。私は今はそこの近くに住んでいます。もうすぐ引っ越してしまうんですけどね。私が近くに住んでいる間にストーンバーンズに行ってみたい！というお友達がいたので、先日お連れしました。ストーンバーンズには、あの著名なブルーヒルレストランがあります。

The Blue Hill mainly uses the vegetables, eggs, and meat from the farm here.  We enjoyed seeing many birds and animals. 
ブルーヒルはここの農場でとれた野菜、卵、肉を主に使っています。いろいろな鶏や動物を見て楽しむこともできます。

The eggs, vegetables, and meat are available at the gift shop.  This is the exterior of the gift shop.
卵と野菜、肉はギフトショップで買えます。こちら、ギフトショップの外観です。

This is very cute gift shop.  Their merchandising of cook books is especially amazing!
ここ、とっても可愛いギフトショップです。料理本の品揃えが特に素晴らしいんですよ！
