Summer YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Cooking Class 夏のYOSHIKOlicious Beauty Cooking Class

Hello, everyone.  I have been doing my cooking class when I receive requests.  This past Sunday, I had a cooking class where I introduced four dishes which would be very suitable for summer!  Thank you very much for those who came!
皆さま、こんにちは!私はリクエストをいただきました時に、お料理教室YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Cooking Classをさせていただいております。この前の日曜日、夏にぴったりのお料理をご紹介するお料理教室を開催いたしました!いらしてくださった方々、ありがとうございました!
The first dish was cantaloupe gazpacho.  I add various fruit and vegetables to cantaloupe.  This is very light and refreshing soup. 
Ceviche is a dish I make time to time every summer.  I would recommend to use porgy for ceviche.  This turned out to be very pretty by adding colorful vegetables.
I also introduced how to make appetizer of mushrooms stuffed escargot.  People usually would not expect to have escargot at home, therefore it can be a fun surprise when we serve this to guests at home.  As this requires of using oven for a short time, it would be easy to make this in hot summer.
Besides escargot, I put butter mixed with chopped garlic and parsley.  At the end, I added truffle oil while they were still hot.
Eating the spilled butter from the mushroom with sliced baguette would be a good idea, too.
This pasta is what I call "just mixing pasta."  It is very easy to make, and always delicious and popular!  I used home made mozzarella cheese in Alleva in Little Italy.  I also bought prosciutto di parma in the same store. 
The beautiful and artistic flowers are arranged by my friend, Kaya san.  She delivered this for me before the cooking class.  Thank you so much for your kindness!
