Homy Chinese YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen おうち中華のYOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen

Hello, everyone! I did my beautyfood social dining, YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen the other day. The theme was homy Chinese. That means that chinese foods that are commonly eaten at home in Japan. This theme is quite popular. When I was in Japan back in April, I had fried rice which contained mullet roe in a Chinese restaurant, and it was quite delicious. When I told that to one of my friends, she said she wants to eat and therefore I promised her to make it when I hold homy Chinese social dining. As for the flowers, I found beautiful dahlia in the farmers market in Union Square. 皆様、こんにちは！先日、私の美容食のお食事会、YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchenを開催しました。テーマはおうち中華でした。このテーマ、なかなか人気です。４月に日本に行った時、中華料理のレストランでカラスミ入りのチャーハンを食べたのですが、かなり美味しかったんです。そのことをあるお友だちに話したら、食べたい！と言われたので、おうち中華のお食事会をする時につくりますとお約束しました。お花は、ユニオンスクエアのファーマーズマーケットで美しいダリアを見つけてきました。

The lunch was started with Gyoza dumpling. I like to add bamboo shoot in my dumpling. In the sauce, I added Chili oil with grilled shrimp. まずは餃子でスタート。私は餃子にタケノコを入れるのが好きです。ソースには、焼海老辣油を加えました。

This is spicy shrimp. It seemed that this was the most popular dish this time. I use shrimp with heads and that makes difference. エビチリ。今回、これが一番好評だったようです。私は有頭海老を使うのですが、それが違いを生むと思います。

I didn't plan to make this but I saw very fresh bok choy in a farmers market and I wanted to make somehting simple. I sauteed bok choy with ginger and then added chili oil with grilled shrimp at the end, and it turned out to be delicious. これは最初つくる予定はなかったのですが、ファーマーズマーケットでとても新鮮な青梗菜を見つけて、何かシンプルなものをつくりたいと思いました。生姜と一緒に炒めて、最後に焼海老辣油を加えたら、とてもおいしい１品ができました。

Chicken breast with spicy sauce. In Japan, it is called "yodaredori." よだれ鶏。味付けのポイントは花椒です。

This is a new dish too. I recently had this in a restaurant in Chinatown and I thought this is delicious, so I wanted to share this with everyone. Shrimp and walnuts are coated with mayo based sauce. The taste is sweet. これも新作です。最近チャイナタウンのレストランで食べて美味しかったので、皆さんとシェアしたいと思いました。海老と胡桃をマヨネーズベースのソースであえてあります。味は甘いです。

This can be one of typical homy Chinese. Sauteed beef, bamboo, and green bell peppers. I got very good beef for sukiyaki and it was delicious! これは典型的なおうち中華の1つではないでしょうか。青椒肉絲です。牛肉はすき焼き用のを買ったので、とてもおいしくできました！

Finally, the fried rice with mullet roe! This was quite popular too! This is now my favorite fried rice and I want to eat it again soon. 最後は、カラスミ入りチャーハン！これもかなり人気でした！私にとってもお気に入りのチャーハンになり、またすぐにでも食べたいです。
