Hello, everyone! I received a request of YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Cooking Class, my beauty food cooking class from some people and did it in the NY Mama Salon. The request was homy Chinese food. 皆様、こんにちは！何人かの方々から私の美容食のお料理教室、YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Cooking Classのリクエストをいただき、ＮＹママサロンで開催させていただきました。リクエストいただいたのは、おうち中華です。

Spicy shrimps is everyone's favorite! みんな大好き、エビチリ！

Drooling chicken is also popular! よだれ鶏も人気！

This is called "happpousai" in Japanese, and this contains vegetable, pork, squid, mushrooms, and quail eggs, so very nutritious! One of the participants told me that she made this on the same night after the class. 八宝菜は野菜、豚肉、イカ、きのこ、うずらの卵も入って栄養がたっぷり！参加者のお１人はクラスの後、同じ日にこれをつくられたそうです。

Sauteed chives flowers. This is very simple and very delicious way to cook! ハナニラの炒め物。とってもシンプルでとっても美味しい調理法です！

Dining and chatting time is always fun! おしゃべりしながら食べる時間はいつも楽しい！
