Western Style Seafood YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen 洋のシーフードのYOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen

Hi, everyone! I did my beauty food social dining, YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen at the end of June. The theme in June was western style seafood! As the July 4th was approaching, the flowers decorated on the table had red, white, and blue. I used lemons in several dishes so the lemon napkin rings were suitable as well. 皆様こんにちは！６月の終わりに、私の美容食のお食事会、YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchenを開催しました。６月のテーマは、洋のシーフード！独立記念日が近づいていたので、テーブルに飾ったお花は赤、白、ブルーで構成。いくつものお料理にレモンを使ったので、レモンのナプキンリングもあってました。

The first dish was salmon rillette. I served this in March when the theme was French and it was very well accepted therefore I wanted to make it again. Everyone loved it and all was gone! １品目はサーモンのリエット。３月にフレンチのテーマでやった時にこれをお出ししたのですが、好評だったのでまたつくりたかったんです。皆さん大好きで、つくった分全部なくなりました！

This lobster salad was my first time to serve in my social dining. The taste was like the one in lobster roll but I used lettuce instead of bread. このロブスターサラダは、お食事会で初めてお出ししました。味はロブスターロールみたいなものですが、パンの代わりにレタスを使いました。

This ceviche contained porgy. Also, fresh corns were available in the farmers market in Union Square therefore I added corns too. このセビーチェはポーギーを使いました。ユニオンスクエアのファーマーズマーケットには新鮮なトウモロコシもあったので、コーンも入れました。

This is mackerel confit. Although all the dishes were well accepted, this one was the most popular! こちらはサバのコンフィ。すべてのお料理とても好評だったのですが、これが一番人気がありました！

The main dish was soft shell crab! They were in season yet it is not easy to obtain them. I was so happy to be able to get them. They were very high quality! メインはソフトシェルクラブ！今がシーズンですが、手に入れるのは簡単ではありません。手に入ってとっても嬉しかったです。クオリティーもとてもいいものでした！
