Toscana YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen トスカーナのYOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen

Hi, everyone! I held my beauty food social dining, YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen for a specific group the other day. A lady who is going back to Japan soon invited her friends to show appreciation, and also we celebrated her and another attendee's birthdays. I was requested to make Toscana foods so I prepated foods I was inspired during my travel in the area back in April. I bought the beautiful tablecloth in San Gimignano, and I bought the matching yellow flowers. 皆様、こんにちは！先日、特定のグループの方々のために、私の美容食のお食事会、YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchenを開催しました。もうすぐ日本に戻られる方がお世話になったご友人たちを招いて感謝を伝えると共に、その方ともう１人の出席者の方のお誕生日をお祝いする集まりでした。料理はトスカーナ料理をリクエストされたので、４月に彼の地を旅した時にインスパイアされた料理を用意しました。美しいテーブルクロスはサンジミヤーノで買ったもので（大のお気に入り！）、それに合う黄色のお花を買いました。

I started with meatballs that contained black olives and artichoke. I arranged this dish which was meatloaf in a restaurant in Florence to meatballs. まずはアーティチョークと黒オリーブ入りのミートボールでスタート。フローレンスのレストランでミートローフとして出てきたものをアレンジしたのです。

Marinated sardines on polenta. ポレンタの上にのせたイワシのマリネ。

Bolognese pasta. I had authentic bolognese pasta in Bologna, and it was the same taste to mine! But I was told that authentic bolognese pasta in Bologna uses tortellini, so I poured the sauce on tortellini. ボロネーゼパスタ。ボローニャで伝統的なボロネーズパスタをいただき、私のと同じ味！と思いました。ただ、ボローニャでは正統的なボロネーゼパスタはトルテリーニを使うと言われたので、トルテリーニの上にソースをかけてあります。

Salad with pear, ricotta cheese, prociutto, and micro green. I had something like this in a restaurant in San Gimignano. 洋梨、リコッタチーズ、生ハム、マイクログリーンのサラダ。サンジミヤーノのレストランで、このようなものをいただきました。

Seafood pasta. シーフードパスタ。

The last dish was flounder wrapped with paper and grilled. 締めは、フラウンダーの紙包み焼き。

I asked my friend and French patissier, Yoshie san to make this birthday cake. Peach, lemon cream, jasmine mousse were used. The pink color is natural color from cacao. It was not so sweet, very light, and so delicious! バースデーケーキはお友達でフレンチのパティシエの由恵さんにお願いしました。桃、レモンクリーム、ジャスミンのムースが使われています。ピンクの色はカカオの自然な色。あまり甘くなく、とても軽く、とっても美味しかったです！
