Kohlrabi コールラビ

Hello, everyone!  Kohlrabi is rich in Vitamin C, and it is delicious whether eaten raw or cooked.  I have been trying to find different ways to eat kohlrabi. 
It would be the best to eat them raw in terms of taking the vitamin C as much as possible.  I made salad with kohlrabi mixed with purple carrots as well as chopped peanuts and parsley.  Purple carrot is convenient to add two colors with one vegetable.  Carrot is high in vitamin A and beta-carotene, and the purple skin contains anthocyanin which is powerful anti-oxidant.  As for vinegar, I used apple cider vinegar.  This salad requires to bite well, and biting food many times provides lots of benefits for health and beauty. 
Yet earing raw vegetables all the time will make your body colder.  I grilled kohlrabi with rosemary, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.  This was delicious, too.  Rosemary is rich in polyphenol, and olive oil is high in vitamin E.
