Tofu Steak 豆腐ステーキ

Hello, everyone!  I made this tofu steak the other day, and it was delicious.  This was well received in my Instagram as well.  When I pan-fried tofu, I used butter.  After I removed the tofu from the frying pan, I added some butter and sautéed generous amount of chopped leeks and gingers.  Right before I turned off the fire, I added bonito flakes and mixed them and placed the mixture on the tofu.  When we have tofu, we usually add soy sauce.  However, when I ate this tofu steak, I realized that I did not need soy sauce until I finished eating.  I think butter, ginger, and bonito flakes established great umami and soy sauce was not necessary to be added.
