Hello, everyone!  I had my cooking class in Harrison in Westchester yesterday.  Thank you very much for everyone who attended and I would like to express my special thanks to Lumi san who is the founder of the Salon de Magnolia.  Lumi san set up the table nicely with autumn colors.  My main dish which was salt roasted fish and root vegetables were beautifully matched with the table.  The vegetables I used were carrots, beets, purple potatoes, and sweet potatoes and I bought them in a farmers market.
皆様、こんにちは！昨日、ウエストチェスターのハリソンで、私のお料理教室をさせていただきました。参加してくださいました皆様、ありがとうございました。特に、サロン・ド・マグノリアを主宰されている留美さんには、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。留美さんは、テーブルを秋色にセットしていてくださいました。私のメインディッシュ、魚と根菜の塩釜ローストがテーブルに美しくマッチしていました。使った野菜はニンジン、ビーツ、パープルポテト、スイートポテトで、すべてファーマーズマーケットで買いました。

The fish was wild black bass I got through Fresh Direct.  It was cleaned completely.
お魚は、フレッシュダイレクトで手配した天然のブラックバスです。内臓をきれいにとっておいてくれました。

This tomato soup can be frozen and that is very convenient.  The soup turns out to be very stylish by adding pretty toppings.
このトマトスープは冷凍できるので、とっても便利です。きれいなトッピングを加えると、とってもおしゃれになります。

I bought these micro greens and edible flowers for the topping in the farmers market in Union Square the day before.   Edible flowers were especially well received!
トッピング用のマイクログリーンと食用の花は、前日にユニオンスクエアのファーマーズマーケットで購入しました。食用の花が、特に喜んでいただけました！

This salad contains kohlrabi, mutsu, and asparagus, and the dressing contains herrings in mustard sauce. 
このサラダはコールラビ、むつ、アスパラガスが入っていて、ドレッシングにはニシンのマスタードソース煮が入っています。

This pasta with homemade oil sardines are always popular!  Lumi san's two-year-old son ate this pasta a lot and that made me very happy.
この自家製オイルサーディンのパスタは、いつも人気があります！留美さんの２歳の息子さんもたくさん食べてくれて、嬉しかったです。

I forgot to take picture but I served cinnamon tea after the lunch, and the tea was very well received as well.  The tea contains three different kinds of cinnamon!  The tea is available at Physical Graffitea in East Village.  The tea is very delicious with both hot and cold.
写真を撮り忘れてしまいましたが、ランチの後にシナモンティーをお出しし、そのお茶もとっても好評でした。３種のシナモンが入っているんですよ。そのお茶は、イーストビレッジのフィジカルグラフィティーで買えます。熱くても冷たくしてもとっても美味しいお茶です。
