Hi, everyone! The theme of my beauty food social dining, YOSHIKOlcious Beuaty Kitchen in October, was Japanese. Beautiful cosmos welcomed my guests! 皆様、こんにちは！私の美容食のお食事会、YOSHIKOlcious Beuaty Kitchen、10月のテーマは日本食でした。美しいコスモスがお客様をお迎えしました！

The first dish was lotus root chips with aonori. １品目はレンコンチップ。青海苔をまぶしてあります。

Japanese flavored scallops carpaccio. ホタテの和風カルパッチョ。

Persimmon with sesame vinegar dressing. 柿の胡麻酢あえ。

Yakitori! 4 different kinds! 焼き鳥４種盛り合わせ！

Senmai-Duke style pickled Japanese turnips. かぶの千枚漬け風。

Shiraae (Tofu salad) with carrot, shiitake mushroom, and flat string beans. にんじん、椎茸、フラットインゲンを入れた白和え。

Stir-fried with miso, chicken, eggplant, and cabbage. チキン、なす、キャベツの味噌炒め。

Kimpira gobou. きんぴらごぼう。

Shallow fried Spanish mackarel with curry flavor. カレー風味のサバの揚げ焼き。

Kampachi rice. カンパチ飯。
