Spanish and German YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen スペインとドイツ料理のYOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen

Hi, everyone! I recently traveled in Germany and Mallorca, in Spain. 1 week after i returned, I held my beauty food social dining, YOSHIOlicious Beauty Kitchen with the foods inspired from the trip. They are mostly Spanish foods, and I decorated the table with colorful runner and beautiful sunflower! 皆様、こんにちは！最近ドイツとスペインのマヨルカを旅行してきました。戻ってきて１週間後に、旅行でインスパイアされた料理で私の美容食のお食事会、YOSHIOlicious Beauty Kitchenを開催しました。大方はスペイン料理で、カラフルなランナーと美しいひまわりでテーブルを飾りました。

The first dish was sobrassada suquet. The paste is made with sobrassada, Spain's soft sausage. I learned this in a cooking class in Mallorca by Moltak Kichenlife. 最初はソブラサッダ・スクエット。ペースト状のものは、スペインのソフトソーセージ、ソプラサッダで作っています。マヨルカで行われたMoltak Kichenlifeのお料理教室で習いました。

Then sauteed shishito. I learned this in a cooking class, too. Usually I am not good with the bitterness and spiciness of shishito, but this was so delicious! In my social dining, this was well received too! シシトウの炒め物。これもお料理教室で習いました。普段、シシトウの辛さと苦味が苦手なんですが、これはとっても美味しかったんです！お食事会でも好評でした！

Pan con tomate. I also learned this in the cooking class. パンコントマテ。これもお料理教室で習いました。

Then tortilla, Spanish potato omelet. I learned this in the cooking class. そしてスペインのポテトオムレツ、トルティーヤ。お料理教室で習ったものです。

This roasted pork was really delicious, especially with Dallmayr mustard with olive and citrus I bought in Germany. このローストポーク、ドイツで買ってきたオリーブとシトラス入りのダルマイヤーのマスタードと合わせたら、とびきり美味しかったです。

Chicken and vegetable paella. I learned in the cooking class. チキンと野菜のパエリア。お料理教室で学んだものです。

Seafood paella. This is also the one I learned in the cooking class. シーフードパエリア。これもお料理教室で学んだ作り方で作りました。
