Hello, everyone.  I did my YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Cooking Class online last week.  This time, I did three Spanish foods.  I have done all the three in my past cooking classes and they have been always very popular.  Thank you very much for everyone who attended.
皆様、こんにちは。先週、YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Cooking Classをオンラインで開催しました。今回はスペイン料理３品。３品共過去のお料理教室でやったことがあり、いつもとっても人気なんです。参加してくださった皆様、ありがとうございました！

This time, I updated my paella recipe so that I can make it in a shorter time! 
今回、私はより短い時間でできるように、パエリアのレシピをアップデートしました。

I showed the large paella pan to my audience but in the demonstration, I showed how to make it in a regular size frying pan.
皆様に大きなパエリアパンをお見せしましたが、デモンストレーションでは普通サイズのフライパンでつくり方をお見せしました。

I am so glad that I was able to finish cooking the paella and was able to show it on a plate within a limited time.
限られた時間の中でパエリアを作り終えて、お皿にのせて見せるまでできてほっとしました。

Gazpacho recipe is the one I learned from my Spanish friend 20 years ago and it is the best gazpacho I have ever had.  After the class, some participants tried it and they loved the taste as well.
ガスパチョのレシピは20年前にスペイン人の友人から教わったもので、私が今までいただいたガスパチョの中でベストです。クラスの後、何人かの方がつくられて、皆さんもその味をとても気に入ってくださったようです。

Tenderly cooked octopus has been always very popular too. 
タコの柔らか煮もいつも大人気です。

One of the participants made the paella and gazpacho on the next day and she sent me beautiful pictures.  The pictures I take out of the video do not look very good, so I here show the pictures with her permission.  She told me that both she and her husband loved these two.
参加してくださった方のお1人が翌日早速パエリアとガスパチョをつくられて、きれいな写真を送ってくださいました。動画から切り取る写真はあまりきれいでないので、ご了解いただいて、ここで紹介させていただきます。彼女もだんなさんも、この２品、とっても気に入ってくださったそうです。

Other participants also sent me comments such as "I made it!!  I didn't know that I can make paella at home, and it was very delicious so I feel so lucky", "I love cooking and since I started attending your class, I feel even more fun to be in my kitchen", or "I made gazpacho.  It was well-received by my family.  I unintentionally said to myself, what!?  this was super easy."  Thank you very much for your great comments!
他の参加者の方々からも、「早速作りました！！お家でできるなど知らずに、美味しくできたのですごく得した気分です＾＾」「私はお料理が大好きなのですが、佳子先生のクラスを受ける様になってからキッチンに立つのがより楽しくなりました」「ガスパチョを作りました！家族にも好評です。ナニ！？こんなに簡単だったのと思わずつぶやいてしまいました」などのご感想をいただきました。ありがとうございました！

This is a picture of Hiroko san who hosts the zoom and Miwa san who acts as MC, and me.  We are wearing a reversible mask handmade by our mutual friend.  The mask is made with tenugui which is Japanese cotton cloth.  The material is especially very comfortable for summer.  If you are interested in, you can get custom order at Wuhao New York.  New York is still in the phase two.  Let's keep on taking care of ourselves!
