Hello, everyone! I did my beauty food cooking class, YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Cooking Class the other day at NY Mama Salon. I was asked to cook for the Christmas Party at NY Mama Salon last December. At that time, I prepared steak, and three people asked me to teach how to cook steak. The potato and carrots I prepared along with the steak was also requested to teach. One of them also asked me to show the demonstration about how to cook beets. Therefore, I did them all this time! 皆様、こんにちは！先日、ＮＹママサロンで私の美容食のお料理教室、YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Cooking Classを開催しました。去年12月、ＮＹママサロンで、クリスマスパーティーの料理をご依頼いただきました。その時ステーキを用意したんですが、その場で３人の方々がステーキの焼き方教えてほしいと言われたのです。付け合わせのポテトとニンジンも教えてほしいとリクエストいただきました。さらにそのうちのお1人は、ビーツの料理の仕方をデモンストレーションしてほしいとご依頼。そこで今回、そのすべてをやりました！

I showed how to make two different salad with beets. One is with tomato, goat cheese, micro green, and walnuts. Very pretty! ビーツを使ったサラダは、２種類、つくり方をお見せしました。１つはトマト、ゴートチーズ、マイクログリーン、胡桃をあわせています。とってもきれい！

The other salad contained beets, apples, and walnuts. A combination of beets and apple is good too! もう１つのサラダはビーツ、りんご、胡桃が入っています。ビーツとりんごもよくあいます！

This is the steak everyone was waiting! 皆様お待ちかねのステーキ！

These carrots look like carrots glace but these are much more healthier than regular carrots glace. The taste was very well received! このニンジン、ニンジンのグラッセ風ですが、普通のニンジンのグラッセよりずっとヘルシー。味も大好評でした！

The red skin potatoes. I cooked litte too much, but all was gone! レッドスキンポテト。ちょっと茹ですぎてしまったのですが、完食していただけました！

One of the participants already tried my recipe and she cooked not only rib eye which I used for my demonstration but also filet mignon, and her husband and children loved it! She sent me the picture! That looks so good! 参加者のお１人が既に私のレシピで、私がデモンストレーションで使ったリブアイだけでなく、フィレミニョンも焼いて、だんなさんもお子さんたちもすごく気に入ってくれたそうです！写真送ってくれました！とっても美味しそう！
