Curry Flavored YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen カレー味のYOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen

Hello, everyone! I did my beauty food social dining, YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen the other day. The theme for May was "curry flavor"! Therefore, I used lots of yellow for the table satting. Yellow flowers are cheerful to me, so I wanted to use cheeful music as a BGM, and I chose bossa nova. 皆様、こんにちは！先日、私の美容食のお食事会、YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchenを開催しました。５月のテーマは「カレー味」！なので、テーブルセッティングに黄色をたくさん使いました。黄色のお花は私にとって明るい気分にさせてくれる花ですので、ＢＧＭも明るい気分になれる音楽を使いたく、ボサノバを選びました。

The first dish was grilled shrimps with coconut milk curry sauce. I placed them on the fresh cilantro. This sauce works well with grilled chicken too! １品目は、グリルした海老にココナッツミルクカレーソースをかけたものです。それを生のパクチーの上にのせました。このソース、グリルしたチキンにもよくあいます！

The second dish was salad with curry flavored mackarel and curry flovored redskin potato. ２品目はカレー風味のサバ入りサラダと、カレー風味のレッドスキンポテトです。

I added fresh asparagas and carrots from the farmers market in Union Square for the salad. サラダには、ユニオンスクエアのファーマーズマーケットの新鮮なアスパラガスとニンジンを加えました。

And the main dish was curry flavored soft shell crab! It was my first time to serve soft shell crab in my social dining, and it was very well received! そしてメインディッシュは、カレー風味のソフトシェルクラブ！私のお食事会でソフトシェルクラブをお出ししたのは初めてでしたが、とても好評でした！

These are soft shell crabs in the fish market I went. They were still alive! Not all the soft shell crabs available in stores are alive, and I chose this place to purchase soft shell crabs. こちらが私が行った魚屋さんのソフトシェルクラブ。まだ生きてました！お店で売られているソフトシェルクラブがみんな生きているわけではなく、私はソフトシェルクラブを買う場としてここを選びました。

The last one was chicken curry rice. It was also my first time to serve curry rice in my social dining, and this was also quite popular. 最後は、チキンカレーライス。お食事会でカレーライスをお出ししたのも初めてでしたが、これもなかなか好評でした。
