Mediterranean YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen @NY Mama Salon ＮＹママサロンで地中海料理のYOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen

Hello, everyone! I did my beauty food social dining, YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen @NY Mama Salon. The theme was Mediterranean food! We started with my favorite lentil soup. ＮＹママサロンで私の美容食のお食事会、YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchenを開催しました。テーマは地中海料理！まずは私のお気に入りのレンティルスープでスタート。

Then, Greek style octopus salad. そしてタコ入りグリーク風サラダ。

I woke up before 5:00 in the morning and made pita bread. Everyone was very impressed with the home made pita bread. The dip is muhammara which mainly contains red bell pepper. This dip was also very well accepted. 朝５時前に起きてピタパンをつくりました！皆さん、自家製ピタパンに感激されていました。添えたディップは、赤パプリカベースのムハンマラです。このディップも好評でした。

I also made farafel and kofta. I made tahini sauce which goes well with farafel as well. ファラフェルとキョフテもつくりました。ファラフェルにあうタヒニソースも用意しました。

This is typical Greek salad with feta cheese. フェタチーズ入りの典型的なグリークサラダです。

I used lots of slice lemons when I cooked cod. タラの調理にはレモンをたくさん使いました。

The last dish, Greek style cod. 最後の一皿、ギリシャ風のタラの料理です。

All the participants were mothers with small children and I talked about my experience with my son. 参加された皆さん全員小さいお子さんがいらっしゃるママさんで、私も自分の息子を育てた経験をお話しました。

One of the participants had her birthday on the day and my birthday was few days before. Therefore, Naoko who organizes NY Mama Salon celebrated us with a cake and candles! Thank you, Naoko san! 参加者のお１人は当日お誕生日で、私も数日前にお誕生日だったので、ＮＹママサロンを主宰されている直子さんが、ケーキとキャンドルでお祝いしてくださいました。直子さん、ありがとうございました！

Ms. Eriko Nagata who is the creative flower designer gave me beautiful flowers! I was very impressed! Thank you, Eriko san! クリエイティブフローラルデザイナーの永田絵梨子さんは、美しいお花をくださいました。感激！絵梨子さん、ありがとうございました！
