Ceviche for Mother's Day 母の日のためのセビーチェ

Hello, everyone.  Happy Mother's Day!  In New York, we finally got blue skies this afternoon!  It has been rainy almost everyday for a week, so I am really glad that the weather got better.  This dish is my gift to all mothers in the world!  This is ceviche with porgy, and I made it in a way that it looked like a small bouquet! 
皆様、こんにちは。母の日おめでとうございます！ニューヨークではやっと、午後になって天気が良くなりました！1週間ほとんど毎日雨だったので、お天気がよくなって本当に嬉しく思います。こちらの1品は、私から世界中のお母さんへのプレゼント！ポーギーを使ったセビーチェなのですが、小さなブーケに見えるようにつくってみました！

The yellow flowers are kale flowers.  I got a bunch of kale in my local green market yesterday morning, and the vendor told me that these are kale.  It might be my first time to see kale flowers.  I love yellow flowers so I bought a bunch and put the flowers on the top of this dish.
黄色の花は、ケールの花です。昨日の朝、地元のグリーンマーケットでケールを1束買ったのですが、ベンダーさんがこれはケールの花なんだよと教えてくれました。ケールの花を見たのは初めてかも。私は黄色の花が大好きなので、これを買って、お料理の上にお花をのせてみました。
