Cooking Class with NY NOJO FRESH ＮＹ農場FRESHさんでオンライン教室

Hello, everyone. I was requested to do online cooking class by NY NOJO FRESH and did the first class with them last week. NY NOJO FRESH delivers Japanese foods to homes mainly in New York and some parts of New Jersey. The theme was chosen by NY NOJO FRESH and this time, it was MUGIFUJI PORK which has been one of their best sellers. 皆様、こんにちは。ＮＹ農場FRESHさんからオンラインクッキングクラスのご依頼をいただき、先週その１回目を行いました。ＮＹ農場FRESHさんは、主にニューヨークとニュージャージーの一部の地域で日本食料品の宅配をされています。テーマはＮＹ農場FRESHさんが選ばれるもので、今回は、ベストセラーの１つである麦富士豚でした。

Risa san from NY NOJO FRESH did MC and Risa san first explained about MUGIFUJI PORK. The pigs are based in Canada, and they are eating barley and that makes the meat very tender. NY農場FRESHの理沙さんが司会をし、最初に麦富士豚について説明されました。この豚はカナダで育てられていて、麦を食べていて、それがお肉をとても柔らかくするそうです。

I introduced four dishes totally. This is one of them, and when I was wrapping shishito peppers with the MUGIFUJI PORK. 全部で４品ご紹介しました。これはその１つで、シシトウを麦富士豚で巻いているところです。

One of the participants sent me a picture of what she made after the class! 参加者の方のお１人が、クラスの後につくった料理の写真を送ってくださいました！

This is another dish I introduced in the video, and the same person made. She told me that she has made 90% of the foods she learned in my class! Thank you very much! こちらは同じ方がつくられた、動画でちょっとご紹介した料理です。その方は、私のクラスで学んだ料理の90％を復習されているそうです！ありがとうございます！
