Cooking Class with NY NOJO FRESH ＮＹ農場FRESHさんでオンライン教室

Hello, everyone. I was asked to demonstrate how to prepare steak online as well as side dishes with pumpkin and shimeji by NY NOJO FRESH who delivers foods to people in New York City as well as some parts of NJ and the Westchester. I was so glad that the steak went very well, and the participants were very happy to see them! I wish they could have eaten it as well. 皆様、こんにちは。ＮＹ市及びニュージャージーとウエストチェスターの一部地域で食品の配達をされているNY農場FRESHさんからのご依頼で、ステーキの焼き方とかぼちゃ、しめじを使ったサイドディッシュのつくり方をご紹介してほしいとご依頼いただき、オンラインクッキングクラスをいたしました。ステーキがとってもうまく焼けて、参加してくださった方々も喜んでくださり、ほっとしました。願わくば、このステーキ召し上がっていただきたかったです。

The organic pumpkin was from Suzuki farm in Delaware. Very fresh! オーガニックのカボチャはデラウエアの鈴木ファームさんより。とっても新鮮です！

I used this shimeiji as a whole. I think it would be suitable for holiday dinner with very few people. しめじはまるごと使いました。少人数のホリデーディナーならではのお料理と思います。

This time, I used food processor as well as blendar. 今回はフードプロセッサーとブレンダーも使いました。

The participants were amazed with the perfectly done steak. 実にいい具合に焼けたステーキに、参加者の方々も感激してくださっていました。

All the four dishes I introduced this time. I was told that the colors were very pretty. 今回ご紹介した４品です。彩りがとてもきれいとおっしゃっていただきました。

One of the participants made everything on the next day, and she sent me a picture of the dishes. I introduced both Western style sauce and Japanese style sauce. I am very glad to hear that everything was very well received by her family! 参加者のお１人は、翌日全品つくられて、写真を送ってくださいました。ソースは、洋風和風を１つずつご紹介しました。どれもご家族に好評だったとのことで、嬉しく思います。
