Hello, everyone. My February YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Cooking Class Online was French! They were creamy tomato soup, Chicken with Normandy style, and seafood with saffron cream sauce. All the three dishes were very easy to make, yet very tasty and look great! 皆様、こんにちは。２月のオンライン版YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Cooking Classはフレンチでした！クリーミーなトマトのスープ、ノルマンディー風鶏の煮込み、シーフードのサフランクリームソース煮です。３品ともとっても簡単で、それでいてとても美味しく見た目もきれいです！

I used this apple cider liquer to cook chicken. チキンの調理には、こちらのりんご酒を使いました。

As I pureeed the soup, this can be frozen to save. スープはブレンダーでどろどろにするので、冷凍保存が可能です。

I always enjoy the Q&A time with my audience. Thanks to the participants and my friend, Miwa who is the moderator, I get this nice smile! I truly appreciate it! 参加してくださった方々との質疑応答タイムはいつも楽しんでいます。参加者の皆様とモデレーターを務めてくださっているお友達の美和さんのおかげで、こんな素敵な笑顔をいただいています！本当に感謝しています！

After the class, some participants sent me the pictures of the foods they made with nice comments. Let me introduce them. These are the three dishes from one of my regular attendants. She especially loves seafood with saffron cream sauce. Thank you very much for beautiful pictures as always. クラスの後、つくった料理の写真を嬉しいコメント共に送ってくださった方々がおられました。ご紹介させてください。 こちらは、常連さんのお1人の方からの３品。シーフードのサフランクリームソース煮が特に気に入られたそうです。いつも美しい写真をありがとうございます。

This time, more participants were from Japan, and the person who participated for the first time also made all the three dishes right after the calss! Her husband and two children found their favorite respectively! I am glad to hear that! 今回は日本からの参加者の方が多く、初参加してくださった方も３品すべてクラスの直後につくられました！だんなさんと２人のお子さんたち、それぞれ気に入った料理があったそうです！良かった！

I talked about asparagus wrapped around with prociutto which I found in an event by Macy's many years ago, and she made that as well. Wonderful! ずっと昔、メーシーズのイベントであったアスパラガスの生ハム巻きのお話をしたのですが、彼女はそれもつくられました。素晴らしい！
