March YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Online Cooking Class ３月のYOSHIKOlicious Beauty Cooking Class（オンライン）

Hello, everyone! My YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Online Cooking Class in March was about breakfast I have been cooking time to time for many years! 皆様、こんにちは！３月のYOSHIKOlicious Beauty Cooking Class（オンライン）は、私が長年にわたり、何度もつくってきている朝ごはんでした！

I talked about the episode related to the each breakfast. The rice gruel was what I leanred when I traveled to El Nido, Phillipie about 35 years ago. The plain avocado toast was inspired from the avocado toast in Cafe Gitane in NoLita, Manhattan. The dress-up versions are my original idea. The potato dish was what I learned when I was working as a designer in an apparel company in Tokyo and stayed in my senior's home. それぞれの朝ごはんにまつわるエピソードもお話しました。おじやは、私が約35年前にフィリピンのエルニドに旅行した時に知ったものです。プレーンなアボカドトーストは、マンハッタンのノリータにあるカフェジタンにインスパイアされたもの。そのドレスアップバージョンは、私のオリジナルです。ポテトの料理は、東京のアパレル会社でデザイナーとして働いていた時に、先輩のお宅にお邪魔した際、学んだお料理です。

How I removed the avocado seed seemed to be helpful too. 私のアボカドの種の取り方も、参考になったようです。

After the class, some people sent me the pictures what they made. This lady was surprised with the good conbination of apple which was used for the topping and the avocado toast. That is what I am always feeling therefore, I was very glad to hear that. クラスの後、何人かの方がつくったお料理の写真を送ってくださいました。こちらの方は、トッピングに使ったリンゴとアボカドトーストの相性の良さに驚かれたそうです！私もいつもそう思っているので、そう聞いて嬉しかったです。

This lady told me that she will make avocado toast again, as it was easy to make and delicious! こちらの方は、アボカドトーストは簡単で美味しいのでまたつくりますとお知らせくださいました！

Thank you very much for attending! As the day was the next day of my birthday, everyone sang a birthday song for me at the end! That was very nice. Thank you so much! ご参加ありがとうございました。私の誕生日の翌日でしたので、最後に皆さん、バースデーソングを歌ってくださいました！感激！ありがとうございました！
