Hi, everyone! The theme for my beauty food social dining in April was Spanish! We started with pinchos with white anchovy. みなさま、こんにちは！私の美容食のお食事会、YOSHIKOlicious Beauty KItchenの４月のテーマはスペイン料理でした！ホワイトアンチョビ入りのピンチョスでスタート。

This is my version of Spanish omelet. It has prociutto de Parma, pistacchio, and rosemary. 私流「スパニッシュオムレツ」。パルマの生ハム、ピスタチオ、ローズマリーが入っています。

Octopus. タコ。

Ajillo with Spanish chorizo. スペインのチョリソ入りアヒージョ。

The main was squid ink seafood paella. メインはイカ墨のシーフードパエリア。

April is my partner's birthday month and he has been always supporting my social dining, therefore I ordered a birthday cake to Yoshie san, the French pastry chef as a surprise. ４月はいつもお食事会をサポートしてくれているパートナーの誕生月なので、サプライズでフレンチのパティシエの由恵さんにバースデーケーキを作っていただきました。
