2025 Thanksgiving YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen 2025年サンクスギビングデーのYOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen

Time flies! It has been already 1 week from Thanksgiving Day! I did my beauty food social dining, YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchen on Thanksgiving day! Everyone loved my food and I feel thankful that I had people who spent time on Thanksgiving and I had people who want to have my food! 時間の経つのは早いですね！サンクスギビングデーからあっという間に１週間！サンクスギビングデーに、私の美容食のお食事会、YOSHIKOlicious Beauty Kitchenを開催しました！皆さん、私の料理をとても喜んでくださいました。私はサンクスギビングデーに一緒に時間を過ごすことができる人たちがいること、私の料理を食べてくれる人がいることに感謝しました！

We started with butterbut squash soap. The topping was so well received! That was sanchoke chips! まずはバターナッツスクワッシュのスープでスタート。トッピングが大好評でした！菊芋のチップスなんです！

Deep fried chestnut! Very popular! 揚げ栗！大人気！

Multi-color carrots. They are roasted and served with tahini sauce. マルチカラーのにんじん。ローストしてタヒニソースと共にお出ししました。

Sauteed Brussels sprout and bacon. The bacon was from an old meat shop and they were delicious! 芽キャベツのベーコンのソテー。ベーコンは老舗のお肉屋さんのもので、格別に美味しいのです。

I added celery roots in this mushed potato. マッシュポテトにはセロリルーツを加えました。

Sauteed haricot vert. ハリコペインゲンのソテー。

Stuffing with chestnut, mushroom, chicken sausage, apple, and pear. 栗、マッシュルーム、チキンソーセージ、りんご、洋梨のスタッフィング

Roasted brussels sprout salad with goat cheese, pecan, and dried cranberry. ゴートチーズやピーカン、ドライクランベリーなどを合わせた芽キャベツのサラダ。

Vegan corn bread by me. 自作のビーガンコーンブレッド。

Everyone said the turkey was so moist and delicious! 皆さん、ターキーしっとりしてて美味しいとおっしゃってくださいました！

I made the cranberry sauce and gravy too. クランベリーソースとグレイビーソースもつくりました。

I don't make pies. The apple pie was from the farmers market in Union Square and the vegan pumpkin pie was from Whole Foods Market. パイはつくりません。アップルパイはユニオンスクエアのファーマーズマーケットで、ビーガンパンプキンパイはホールフーズマーケットで買いました。
