YOSHIKOlicious Beauty: 2014 NEW YORK x JAPAN x FASHION NETWORKING HOLIDAY PARTY

Hello, everyone! Last Friday, my friends, Ms. Masako Kaufman who is the NY representative of United Arrows and Mr. Daiki Suzuki, the designer for Engineered Garments and I hosted 2014 NEW YORK x JAPAN x FASHION NETWORKING HOLIDAY PARTY! Over 170 of our friends and acquaintances in the fashion industry attended! Thank you very much for the great support! Also, thank you very much for Nepenthes America Inc. and MCKB for being sponsors for this event again! The well-known chef, Mr. Jiro Iida and I prepared food like the last year. I prepared three different kinds of finger foods!
皆様、こんにちは！先週金曜日、ユナイテッドアローズのニューヨーク駐在員のカフマン雅子さんとエンジニアドガーメンツのデザイナーの鈴木大器さんと共に、2014 NEW YORK x JAPAN x FASHION NETWORKING HOLIDAY PARTYを開催させていただきました。ファッション業界の友人・知人、170人以上の方々が参加してくださいました！温かいサポートに本当に感謝しております！再度このイベントのスポンサーに入ってくださいましたネペンテスアメリカインクとＭＣＫＢにも心よりお礼申し上げます！お食事は昨年同様、著名なシェフの飯田二郎さんと私でご用意させていただきました。私は3種類のフィンガーフードをご用意いたしました。

These are bite-size quiches with chia seeds, potatoes, and grape tomatoes! I made approximately 300 of these!

こちらはチアシード、ポテト、グレープトマトなどが入った一口サイズのキッシュです。300個くらいつくりました！

These are skewered tandoori chicken with roasted Brussels sprouts or potatoes!
こちらはタンドリチキンとローストした芽キャベツまたはポテトをピンチョスにしたものです！

These are bite-size gratin with three different kinds of mushrooms and tofu! I heated these and the tandoori chicken up with oven at the venue, MCKB. MCKB is a high-end kitchen and bathroom showroom, and it is great that we can use the kitchen to prepare food!
こちらは3種類のキノコと豆腐の一口グラタンです！タンドリチキンとこのミニグラタンは、会場であるMCKBのオーブンでちょっと温めてお出しさせていただきました！MCKBは最高級のキッチンとバスルームのショールームで、お食事を用意するためにそのキッチンを使わせていただけるってすごいですよね！

When I noticed, they are almost gone! We replenished these three times!
気がつくと、なくなりかけている！3回ほど補充いたしました！

He is Mr. Jiro Iida! He and his assistant were cooking continuously and it was very dynamic!
こちらが飯田二郎さんです。アシスタントの方とずっと料理されていて、臨場感たっぷり！

There were so many people around the kitchen counter all the time!

キッチンカウンターの周りは常に多くの人でごったがえしていました！

Here are Masako (right) and Meryl (left) from MCKB as well as Brian Trunzo (next to Masako), the co-owner of Carson Street Clothiers, the men's wear store in New York and Mr. Christopher Fenimore who is also from Carson Street Clothiers.

こちらが雅子さん（右）、ＭＣＫＢのメリルさん（左）、そしてニューヨークのメンズウエアストアのカーソンストリートクロージャーズの共同オーナーのブライアン・トルンゾさん（雅子さんの隣）、そして同じくカーソンストリートクロージャーズからいらしてくださったクリストファー・フェニモアさんです。

Here are Daiki and Ms. Akiyo Matsuoka who has been teaching 3D printing to many jewelry designers in top brands in New York. Akiyo has come to my cooking class.

こちらが大器さんとニューヨークのトップブランドのジュエリーデザイナーたちに３Ｄプリンティングを教えていらっしゃる松岡晃代さんです。晃代さんは、私のお料理教室にもいらしてくださったことがあるんですよ。

Ms. Susan Tetaccio (right) is the co-founder of Susan & Company, a jewelry and accessories showroom and Ms. Amy Vennema (left) is the designer for AV MAX which is a jewelry brand in New York.

スーザン・テタッチオさん（右）は、ジュエリーとアクセサリーのショールームのスーザン＆カンパニーの共同創業者で、エイミー・ヴェネマさん（左）はニューヨークのジュエリーブランドAV MAX のデザイナーさんです。
