Foods for A Jewerly Brand Party ジュエリーブランドのパーティ用お料理

Hello, everyone!  It is warm again today.  Before Christmas, I was asked to prepare a salad and hors d'oeuvres for a holiday party at a jewelry brand in New York.  I prepared colorful dishes which would be suitable for the jewelry brand.
皆様、こんにちは！今日も暖かいです。クリスマスの前、私はニューヨークのあるジュエリーブランドのホリデーパーティ用にサラダとオードブルをご依頼されました。ジュエリーブランドにふさわしい、カラフルなお料理をご用意させていただきました！

These are hors d'oeuvres with Belgian Endives, smoked salmon, pomegranate, goat cheese, and dill.
こちらはスモークサーモン、ザクロ、ゴートチーズ、ディルを入れたエンダイブのオードブルです。

These are bite-size quiches with three green leaf vegetables, tofu, and avocado.
こちらは3種類の葉野菜と豆腐とアボカドを使った一口サイズのキッシュです。

This is a quinoa and beets salad.  Some of the salad are wrapped with rainbow chards.

こちらはキヌアとビーツのサラダです。サラダの一部はレインボーチャードで巻いてあります。

I later obtained this picture which shows the party. I was told that everything was well received.  Great! 

こちらが、後でいただいたパーティの写真です。どれもとても好評だったとのこと。良かった♪
